Keep in mind that if you’re under the age of eighteen, you’ll need a doctor’s permission in order to use this type of therapy.
Support Therapies – These therapies employ smoking-cessation counselors and stop-smoking support groups.
Treatment Combinations – Exactly what it says. You may use one, two, or any number of the methods listed above in conjunction with each other.
While some of these methods may work better than others, the real question (that only you can answer) is which of these are you going to stick to?
